"tunes"day: 'all my days'

long before itunes existed, i always loved soundtracks and thought of them as ready-to-go mix tapes. and even though i can pick and choose my songs as i like now, i still love a good soundtrack. so... without further ado, one of my favorites from 'away we go,' which came out last summer.

the genius behind the track (and most of the album) is alexi murdoch, and the song is 'all my days.' i love the quietness of it. makes me wish i could play the guitar much better than i can. it'd make a really solid processional song if you ask me. who wouldn't want to walk down the aisle to lyrics like: "now i see clearly. it's you i'm looking for. all of my days. So i smile and know i'll feel this loneliness no more. all of my days. for I look around me. and it seems you found me. and it's coming into sight. as the days keep turning into night.
