shiramisu might mean “pick me up” in italian. but shira means “song” in hebrew. thus, my name means i’m predisposed to love music. here, some of my favorite tunes for those key wedding moments.

as you'll hear in the intro of the video below, patty griffin wrote "heavenly day" about someone near and dear to her heart... her dog. well even though it's not the typical romance that love songs are based upon, it's a love song nonetheless. and the kind i can totally endorse as a first dance song.
